-Provide detailed project schedules with critical milestones
-Handle onsite coordination with contractors and subcontractors
-Formulate Requests for Information (RFI) and negotiate change orders
-Coordinate towards production and control quality from fabrication through delivery
-Attend subcontractor meetings as required and document necessary information
-Prepare or work with others to prepare detailed and comprehensive shop drawings using both 2D and 3D AutoCAD software
-Analyze job requirements, define scope, determine resource requirements, and establish production schedules and deadlines.
-Communicate directly with contractors, architects, vendors and subcontractors in a professional manner as a representative of the company
-Work within a multifunctional team to review job requirements, manage changes in drawings and additions in order to create a clearly defined path of construction for shop
-Familiar with taking field measurements
-Coordinate timelines and follow up to ensure goals are met or exceeded
-Ensure adherence to contract specifications
-Review and approve billing requests
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
-Experience in CNC programming highly desirable
-Complete ease reading and understanding architectural drawings
-Highly skilled in Microsoft Windows applications including Excel, Word, etc.
-Experience with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Inventor, ProjectPak and/or ShopPak desirable
- 2+ years of experience in architectural millwork project management. Focus on high-end commercial work.Off-hours and weekend work/coordination will be required at times to effectively prepare for and manage projects for a successful completion.
